Empathy

After having a conversation with a counselor and her student, Ms. Stosek worked with the student to improve his first semester failure. As a result of this work, the student made up work from first semester and the teacher recalculated the grade and the student passed. As a result of this, the student feels more confident and has gone from failing first semester to a C (currently).
