Registration for Incoming 9th Grade Students at Kelly College Prep
Kelly College Prep proudly welcomes the Class of 2030! All incoming freshman families must complete the following four steps to finalize enrollment:
Step 1: Accept Your Offer via GoCPS
Log in to GoCPS to accept your offer to Kelly College Prep. Offers will be released on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM, and must be accepted by Friday, March 6, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Request Form
Click the
link provided to fill out the Enrollment Request Form.
Please note: Submitting this form alone does not finalize your registration. You must complete Step 3 and Step 4 to finalize enrollment.
Step 3: Attend our Welcome Night!
Step 4: Complete your registration by attending your scheduled Enrollment Appointment. A Kelly Services representative will contact you via phone or email to complete the enrollment process.

There is an option for families to submit Address
Proof of Age and Guardianship documents when they complete the Enrollment Request Form during Step 2 of the Registration Process.
Uploading these documents ahead of time will shorten the length of your Registration Appointment when you visit Kelly However, Families can also bring hard copies of these documents to their Registration Appointment.
The following documents are required for Address, Proof of Age, and Guardianship Verification:
Proof of Guardianship:
To confirm your relationship with the child being enrolled, please provide at least one of the following documents:
The child's original birth certificate.
The enrolling adult's name must be listed on the certificate.
Your most recent tax return, showing the child listed as a dependent.
The child's original birth certificate (Photocopies are not accepted).
The enrolling adult's name must be listed on the certificate.
A valid court order establishing your legal guardianship or custodianship.
Documentation of the child's health insurance coverage under your policy.
Any public aid documents that include the child.
Other relevant documents that authorize or establish your guardianship.

Proof of Child's Age and Identity:
To verify the child's identity and age you must provide at least one of these original documents.
Original or Official Certified Copy of Birth Certificate.
US or Foreign Passport or Visa
Court Documents (For Foster Children enrolling in Pre-Kindergarten only)
Baptismal Record (Not valid for Pre-Kindergarten enrollment)
Medical Records (Not valid for Pre-Kindergarten enrollment)
Proof of Adult's Identity:
Provide any of the following forms of current photo identification for the adult enrolling the student:
Unexpired US Passport
Employee ID Card
Unexpired Illinois Driver's License or State ID Card (with Chicago address)
Chicago CityKey ID
Permanent Address Verification:
Provide two of any one of the following documents. These documents must clearly show a Chicago address and list the name of the person enrolling the child:
Utility Bill from the last 90 days with service address (gas, electric, landline, water, cable, or internet)
Deed (showing Chicago property ownership)
Current Mortgage or Lease Agreement (for a Chicago residence)
MediPlan/Medicaid Card
Voter Registration Card (with Chicago address)
Court Documents
Illinois Department of Public Aid Card
Stamped U.S. Post Office Change of Address Form (confirming Chicago residency)
Illinois State Aid or Social Security Check (mailed to a Chicago address)
Other Identification Card issued by a federal or state agency or a foreign government consulate (e.g., Matricula Consular)
